The God we serve is not an ordinary God and we are witnesses to what he has done and can do. He calls us his children so how can we be satisfied living an ordinary life? How can we be happy with our regular routines and lifestyle? We are blessed with this wonderful gift of life so why does it not bother us to know that we are not living our life the way God has called us to live?
Right from the day we are born we enter a never ending rat race, starting from being a student to getting a job to getting married followed by becoming a mother/father and then sealed by the golden years of retirement. We are surely called to perform these roles. But does it stop there? No, our roles may differ or change but our identity in Christ does not.
He calls us his sons and daughters and has qualified us to share in his heavenly inheritance.
We need to break off from the worldly mentality and start developing a heavenly kingdom mindset. Then will we realize how beautiful it is to live for God. You will witness the favor of God and see how you will start doing things you never thought you would or you could do. He will work in you and through you. This is how we can move from living an Ordinary life to an Extra-ordinary life in Christ.

STOP – listening to the lies of the enemy!
Procrastinating – Telling you will do it tomorrow. Do it Today!
Comparing – You are unique and different and so is your Story. You are Original!
Underestimating yourself – You were not an accident but Jesus paid a price for you. Know your Value!
John 10:10 – “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.”
START – listening to the truth of God!
Preparing – Spiritual disciplines like praying, fasting and reading the word helps you get closer to God. God Speaks!
Declaring – Speak his life over yourself, family and situations. He is Able!
Evolving – Set spiritual goals for yourself to help you grow. Growth mindset!
1 Peter 2:9 – “But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;”
Prayer - Lord I pray that you touch the heart of everyone who has read this article. I pray that they will draw closer to you, find their identity in you, know their purpose and live the life you have called them to live. Give them the wisdom and strength to do what they need to do. Guide them, Build them and Use them for your Glory.
